I'm starting to wonder what is really safe to eat?!?!? 
Everytime I read another article or website it says something else isn't safe or good.
Why don't they just come up with a "safe list"?

I lived on peanut butter on Triskets towards the end of my pregnancy. It was one of the things I could eat on my gestational diabetes diet.

me too. if you eliminate cold cuts, there's not too much else you can put on a sandwich.
reading this post makes me want to have some PB&J, but I ran out of jelly!!

Yeah and you arent supposed to eat too much mayo, unless its pasturized...so that kind of eliminates egg salad...you cant have tuna...
no liverwurst...what can you have on bread?

I LOVE peanut butter and jelly and been eating through out my whole pregnancy  I never heard anything about it being bad.
