when i'm at work and have the water cooler at my fingertips, yes. And my life IS in the bathroom, but my hair and nails are prettier than ever.

latey YES I have been drinking 8 glasses of water a day (DIETING stinks have I said that already? )
I am sooo bad at keeping hydrated though, so if I did NOT make a concious effort to drink the water, I might only have a few glasses a day.. so bad
My chiropractor once told me that half the reason I have neck problems and horrible migraines is that I do not keep hydrated enough, and my muscles are dehydrated. (she is partly right, when I do drink my water I DO feel better)
BUT I DO live in the bathroom nonetheless

Oh no! I don't have time to sit in the bathroom most of the day! But I do drink enough, probably 5-6 glasses

We don't drink soda or any other sugary drinks. In the morning I have one or two cups of decaf tea, a sip of juice (to take the vitamin) and then it's pretty much water for the rest of the day.
If I get bored I'll make a pitcher of water and add fruit slices to it.

I try I REALLY do. and I am doing SO much better now that I stopped drinking coke since I CRAVE water ( wow never thought I would say that) so I drink at least 100x's more then I used to and I still don't know if it adds up to 8 glasses a day!

unfortunately no...I TRY to sip water all day, but I find it hard to do. It's easier for me to drink 3 24 oz sport bottles a day to keep track of the actual ounces.

I drink at least that much a day. I used to be on weight watchers which is what got me in the habit. So glad I did!
