When it Rains it Pours....
As I posted a few days ago I have a sick house. Poor Patrick & Fiona are both sick. (Saoirse isn't to bad Thank-God) Patrick has been vomiting, runny nose, coughing & just miserable for a few days now. Fiona now has the same cough & runny nose. I took Patrick to the Doctor on Friday were the doctor now wants to rule out allergies. SO we had to go get blood work done. (Mind you we had to get blood work done last week for Kindergarten.) Patrick was hysterical crying in the waiting room because he knew what was going to happen. So of course Mommy was in tears because I KNOW this is not the problem!! The stupid b!tch that took the blood couldn't find the "bleeder" & was poking around in my babies arm. I was beyond furious. He now has a bruise on his arm from where she got the blood.  And so far no meds are working.
So that brings us to yesterday where I woke up feeling lousy & knowing I'm coming down w/ what the kids have. then my doorbell rings & it's my husbands partner at work. He tells me Johns not good he was sent to the hospital in an ambulance.  Apparently he was on a ladder & his head started to spin. Then he got down & his whole body started to go limp & he had the sweats. I had to call my sister who was working 1/2 hour away & told her leave work now I have to go. As soon as I hung up from her I called my little brother who lives 7 min away & said get here now. I told him my sister will take over in less then an hour. And off the the hospital I go.
They did a CAT scan, EKG & blood work to figure out he has vertigo. Thank-God nothing serious!
So, here we are a house of 5 & only 1 of us is feeling ok. If anyone needed some stength its me right now!!!
