2/3 cup parmesan mashed potato

Lunch:

peas and chickpeas (.5 cup total)

Snack:
12 almonds/handful of dried cranberries

Dinner:
Red pepper stuffed with 3 oz. ground turkey, rice and tomato sauce
extra 1/2 cup of sauce
sweet potato
1 cup rice milk

Snack:
1/2 cup wasabi peas
Exercise:
HIIT on the elliptical (20 minutes)
climbing up 21 flights of stairs

When I haven't reached my points for the day I have a couple of tbsp of PB (reduced fat) = 5 pts. That knocks them down easy lol
