At her 2 year check up last week, they became alarmed with certain aspects of her health. They are now sending me to an endocrinologist as well as a urologist for follow up/tests. They also drew blood from her on Friday for testing. That had to be the hardest thing; to see your little on in terror and pain. Even my husband who never cries was visibally shaken. She will be going in for surgery sometime in October which has me falling apart; knowing she will be under for the procedure. Things are bad overall but nothing comes before the health of my baby girl.

Her blood work came back negative We have been modifying her diet to see if the symptoms subsided and they have. Could be coincidence? She still has her appt with the Edno on 9/7 which I'm sure they'll do additional testing And we still have to get past the whole urologist situation, but at least I can exhale (for now).

Your doctors are being very thorough. I just want to let you know that when my sister was born, after some tests they determined she had a hearing problem and may be deaf. My parents started looking into special schools. She had tubes taken out of ears, and she has been perfectly healthy every since- in fact her hearing is better than mine. It will all be OK.
