Re: Does anyone have an ING account??

I have had an account for about a year, and I am very happy with them. Their interest rate seems to go up every month!

Anyway, I got a mailing from them today... if I refer a friend, the friend gets $25 deposited to their account immeaditly, and I get $10.

So I figured if anyone is thinking of opening an account.... maybe we could both get a little $$$. I love free money lol!

We have an HSBC online account. We picked it because a few friends had been happy. They tend to have a slightly better rate than ING.

Right now HSBC is at 5.05 and ING I think is at 4.40

Re: Does anyone have an ING account??

My DH and I both have had ING accounts since 2004 when we weren't even married. When we got married, we were able to link our ING accounts to a joint account with separate logins.

Either way, we have recently moved all of our money into a Citibank e-savings account which links with our regular Citibank check acct. The interest with Citibank e-savings is significantly higher than ING and as long as you have a regular checking account, the money is liquid. No more waiting as was the case with ING. We still have our ING account open. We use it as an intermediary for days we are lazy and we want to move money between our different accounts.
