I ran 5 miles on Tuesday and then Today Thursday I ran 4 miles (I was hurting this morning) and then did 10 minutes on the stair climber.

robynfs & butterfly22, where do you live? Maybe we could run together one day if we live near each other.
I usually run with a friend of mine, but she has been traveling so much for work, she hasn't been able to run with me.

I am in the process of moving....
I would love too, but I am so afraid I would drag you down. I have great endurance, but my speed is only about a 10 minutes mile. Once I get my distance down, that is my next goal, to decrease my time/mile.

I am in the city. If you ever want to come in and run in Central Park...the loope is 6.1 miles....it was pretty hard when I first started running it.
I am off today but tomorrow I am going to run in the loop in the park!

I am live in Eastern LI. But if I ever go into the city to stay overnight for play or something, I'll let you know.
I just ran a little over 4 miles outside on the Eastport/South Manor HS track. It is a BEAUTIFUL DAY!!!!

Sunday, went Mountain Bike Riding, did a little over 5 miles because my friend's bike broke so we had to walk the rest of the way.
Today, ran 4.30 miles on the treadmill.

Yesterday ran 5 miles. Today, I ran 3.75 cause I got kicked off the treadmill cause the gym was croweded. So I went on the stair climber and did a mile and a quarter.
For now on I have to reset my time after 2 miles...so I can do my full 5 miles without getting kicked off!

yesturday ran/walked for 1 hour (over 6 miles) In addition to 30min kickbox and 30min abs/legs.
Today keeping it light just a cardio/strength class.

 Nope, never got to go it...I only got in 15 minutes and then got bothered!!
That means tomorrow EARLY AM I MUST!!!!

Hi Girls! Everyone is doing such a great job! I am very happy to share that my husband suprised me with a treadmill for our basement!!! I have never really used a treadmill before, ususally I do all of my running/jogging/walking outside. But I am really glad because I like to run either right before work or at night, and lately with it being darker I wasn't liking the idea of running by myself in the dark... so I am doing the treadmill 3-4 days a week and stationary bike 2

my leg is fully healed, and the marathon last week completely inspired me. So last night I did 3 miles on the treadmill.
This morning(Saturday) I jogged(slow pace) 4 miles, and walked the last mile home.

I went mountain bike riding today with my DH and friends. We 9.5 miles. It was so nice out today!!!!

That's great!!!!!
I have been unable to run the past couple of weeks due to my work schedule and rolling my ankle. I plan on starting back today. I'll give the treadmill a try, but might end up on the elliptical.

I've been slacking too. My mind is not into it and I am not sure if a cold is coming on...so I kept my workout lighter and did a bunch of different cardio machines and scuplting/boxing class.

Sunday my legs were killing me, so I jogged a mile, walked a mile for about 1.5 hours. not sure of the distance.
At lunch today I ran out to the gym and jogged 3 miles.
