That *****... however, not to sound mean, but everyone knows the laws about mandatory hands-free , you can't really be mad if you get a ticket for it. I got a ticket for talking on my Nextel direct-connect and the cop thought I was on the phone because I was holding it close to my ear - nothing I could do about it.

Well, outside of the fine, dont worry....it dosent mean anything in the insurance world.
Its not considered a moving violation so they dont care or look at it.

I think I am just going to pay the fine and mark it as a lesson learned 
Yea...I know..its sucky but just pay the ticket because if u let it go...it just becomes a larger fine!!!!
I learned the hard way too!
