i was very depressed and traced it to my BC pills! changed and feel better! 
could be the rain too though...this weather sucks.

Maybe it's the weather? Or hormones? or a sugar or caffeine crash?
Sometimes I feel really unhappy, and it seems like no reason, but really there are a lot of reasons.

Yes! I've been feeling this way since Monday.
I can't tell if it's the rain, the upcoming weekend, my job, or the fact that my past weekend was so unbelievably great that this is the crash...

Yes! I've been feeling this way lately.It isn't fun.I think in my case its the loss of my uncle and my sister starting her chemo.I hope you cheer up soon

I feel this way too. I think it's the weather and the fact that the summer is almost over- that ALWAYS depresses me.
Just the thought of the endless winter to come makes me hate this time of year more than any other!

I have a lot going on myself and I am trying to stay positive and be strong but today is one of those days where I want to have a big cry and i am at work and holding back.

uh huh, DH and I hardly see each other, we need to find a tenant, redoing our bathroom.....oh, wait but those are reasons......
I do feel blue for no reason sometimes though, just remember all the good things around you....like us!

I have to be strong here b.c I work with all men and I can't cry in front of them.. haha! I have to be 2x as strong lol... But lucky I have my own office and I have the door shut so I can just be alone and try to focus on work

It's normal to feel that way. You only need to worry if the feelings persist for over a week or so. But I think it's pretty normal to go through emotional ups and downs.

Thanks for the hugs girls I really appreciate it. i think its b/c alot of pple that I thought I could count on (lif excluded) have totally dropped the ball and I feel very alone ya kno..
Thankfully I have my bf and you girls on lif, but every1 else is kind of
