I gues that mean "must see in person so we can talk you into buying it, b/c in pictures it looks like crap"

serioulsy! When DH and I were first looking last year, the agent took us to a "mint condition" house for $550k... it was already empty and was the most disgusting thing I'd ever seen! We walked in, and I didn't even do more than stand in the center hallway look to my left, look to my right and leave
