I've eaten hot dogs, turkey, bologna, and diet coke.
What I REALLY want is a martini and some sushi/sashimi.

pretty much anything and everything!
once being diagnosed with GD i have been on a very strict diet and wind up eating the same things over and over and over again! 
i want a green apple martini and vodka lemonade.
i want COFFEE!
i want an italian hero.

Definitely fresh mozzarella and maybe some tomatoes - yum! But more than food I confess I miss the booze. I want something truly yummy like a frozen blood orange margarita. I definitely miss my wine and a cup of coffee.
Can't wait to get back to having whatever I want. Though BF will put a bit of a cramp in that too I suppose.
