I had a procedure to get out the pre-cancer cells it wasnt a biopsy. they call it surgery but it really was a procedure. but it isn't a major one- I actually had it done within the drs. office.
me too. Wasn't pleasant, but wasn't horrid either.
Either way, at least she's still OK to be a Mom to those charming boys.

I had precancerous cells on my cervix and they were never called "cancer" - they were just precancerous cells that if left untreated woould turn in to cervical cancer.
When I had the biopsy done they went in there with what looked like little claws and literally bit of chunks of my cervix...it was friggin painful...but I wouldnt consider it surgery...
I havent had any issues with breast cancer (God willing)....so I dont know the specifics.

I had a biopsy done- it is painful... after the biopsy it was revealed I had cells that didnt look good- hence forth pre-cancerous. It was THEN i had to go in for the procedure and have them removed. the biopsy was a different them my procedure. BOTH were NOT pleasant!!!!

Doesnt Victoria have a heart condition also??? On Monday nights episode she told her assistant Robert that she has the same heart condition that the lady in the movie Beaches had and tat her dr didnt want her flying to Italy....
If I wasnt such a reality tv junky I wouldnt watch that show,,disgrace to the "real" italians!

John graduated and she had a huge party for him in the city..and then she surprised them with a trip to Italy..next weeks episode will be when they are in Italy......It kills me that I am addicted to this show....and yet when I watch it I get annoyed!

Yup - apparently his best friend's mother died of breast cancer and he up and quit unexpectedly Monday morning.
I'm not sure of the surgery v. biopsy details for her BUT she did say she lost 25 pounds and she was so weak she could barely lift her arms for three months. That doesn't happen from a "procedure"  As much as I'd like to believe people wouldn't lie about this kind of thing, I don't see how there's a way around that here.
Wonder if she sometimes calls herself Deb
