1-800-FLOWERS
So apparently DH had flowers shipped to my office for today, and they NEVER came!!! I work on a campus and in a big building, so it could be difficult to find me, but he gave them my office number! He's so disappointed.

He hasnt' called them yet. He's going to wait until I go in tomorrow to make sur ethat there's nothing there. I was only actually in the office between 12 and 4 today (crazy day), so it is possible that they missed me. I checked my v-mail though, and they didn't leave a message.

Oh, and can I add that I have NEVER gotten flowers at work before and I had a CRAZY day today, so flowers would have made me quite happy.

Same thing happened to me, DH was sooo upset they never came to our house, he wanted to surprise me. He called them and he couldnt get anyone on the phone. They were so post to come this afternoon. I feel bad! But pi$$ed at 1800-flowers!

They sent me half dead flowers once, but the very next day they sent me a double order of beautiful flowers so make him call. I am sure they will compensate.

i cant tell you all the problems i have had and my mil has had with 1-800 flowers. use proflowers.com from now on, they are awesome!!! sorry about your flowers, what a bummer.

I ordered roses for my wife and they never came. I tried to call till about 10pm and still it was busy. I can't wait to rip them apart. How can you not deliver flowers on Valentines Day??

I have had a few problems with 1-800- Flowers. Call and be very insistent on what you want because they will try to give you a discount on another order instead of reimbursing you.

1-800-FlOWERS is THE WORST. In my V-day history - TWICE I have not gotten the flowers on V-day and, almost always - the flowers are wilted, dead or just plain ugly looking. Last year, two of the roses were DEAD when I got them! Hubby complained, they sent a new batch - still wilted and droopy! Complained again - another dozen roses - just ok. They s$%*k!

I had the same issues as many of you. Awhile back DH oredered me yellow flowers (my fav) and they cost a pretty penny. They came to work (after DH had to call) and they showed up completely wilted and some were dead! They sent me another set that were not for free but the flowers did not last long at all!

I've had nothing but BAD experiences with 1-800 Flowers. My Dh sent me flowers on my wedding day to be delivered in the morning and they NEVER came. Then he ordered flowers when Jared was born and they NEVER came again!!! I say we BOYCOTT 1-800 Flowers. Besides, Proflowers is MUCH better!!

I have had problems too, never delivered flowers to someone in the hospital until 2 days after they said they would be delivered, and by then the person was discharged.

I know how bad 1800flowers are. They screwed up an order for my wife on our first V-day together as a couple.
So this time I decided to order from Proflowers.com.
I knew they come shipped in a box from UPS so I figured they would definitely get there.
My wife got them at her job... they looked ok. But she said a couple of the dumb stupid young girls at her job made fun of her because they came in a box and not from a florist.
You just can't win sometimes.

I got roses from my DH yesterday at work from Proflowers and I loved them! And no one made fun of me b/c I was the only one who got flowers!
I think what your present was great! Once they're out of the box, you can't tell where they came from.
