I go to bed around 9-10 pm, sometimes earlier
I wake up at 5:15am

Between 9-11 depending on what shows are on. I usually wake up at 6 during the week and 7 on weekends.

Before I was pregnant, I went to bed around midnight and woke at around 8. Now I go to bed around 10-11.

Bed by 10pm
Wake up usually between 6-6:30am, and if my daughter is particularly fussy, I get up at 3:30am to feed her for 15mins.

I'm in bed by 11, 11:30....but I usually don't sleep til 1 or 2.
I'm up at 6:40.

Go to bed between 11-12 and wake up at 530 on gym days if evening gym wake up at 745.

Anywhere between 11:00 pm - 12:00 am
usually up by 6:45am during the week and anywhere between 8:30 and 9:00 on the weekends.

We go to bed anytime between 10:30pm and 1am unless we go out or something. We're both up by 6:30pm. DH sometimes has to get up earlier.

I try to go to bed around 12 - 12:30am but varies as to what time I actually fall asleep; wakeup around 7:45pm.

Last night I worked so, I went to bed at 4am and got up at 10:30am. Tonight I'm not working so I'll go to bed around 11-12 and get up at 6am for auditions.
