I didn't vote bc I dont have a house yet!
but in the price range we are looking, it will probably be about $2500 with taxes and insurance.

We pay about $2800 a month formortgage, insurance and taxes. We bought two years ago and have been reassessed twice. I'm Putnam on the Westchester boarder and taxes are $7600 ($2600 more than I budgeted for).

Mortgage is aroun $1,350, taxes are $175 and homeowners is $40

It makes me nervous to even see it, our first payment is due Nov. 1 and we aren't even in the house yet! We will be paying with taxes morg. and ins. about 3400 a month.

we live in jersey, and our taxes are over 18,000 a year...so that is where a lot of the money goes (where is the shooting myself in the head icon when i need it?  )

In GA (but you knew that) and it's under $1800 for mortgage, taxes, insurance AND PMI (we only put down 3%).

I pay 945 for mortgage, real estate taxes and insurance as well as PMI

Us too... our taxes kill us! Where I live we're about to go through a tax assessment since our town hasn't had one in 15 years...We're bracing ourselves!

the taxes are just outrageous. good luck...if there is such a thing when it comes to jersey taxes

We bought 6 years ago. We have a 15-year mortgage and we pay less than $2100/month for everything (taxes, insurance, escrow, etc....)
