Deb g just wanted to say that in the grand sceme of things, thank you for even asking what is wrong.... i know our posts of how bad things are for us must be so annoying to you with what you are going thru. i wish i could be half as strong a person as you are.

safe? yea i'm safe. violence is a very strong word but it wasn't very nice either.
Ok good to know. Maybe just take some time for both of you to cool off. A few deep breaths. Talk about it in the morning after getting some rest.

Never annoying. EVERYONE has thier own things in life and I wouldn't even begin to judge.
I am so sorry about your fight with DH! I hope he realizes that he crossed a line and that he apologizes (and profusly!) for it.
I know its easier said than done, but please try and get some good rest and take a fresh look at it in the AM.
Are your kids ok with what they witnessed? Perhaps they need you to talk to since it could have been very traumatic for them as well.
