In my curio I have one shelf with my toasting glasses, my unity candle and cake topper and right in front of it all is my prized head piece!
I loved my head piece.....even more when I couldnt find it at 2 am the night before my wedding, had my dad trek out to my New house thinking maybe I moved it, figured if it wasnt there we would get to the store as it opened to get a new one....only to find it at about 9am in my bedroom drawer!
I love that thng!

I LOVE this 
I borrowed mine from a friend. Hers was beautiful and exactly what I wanted and she was thrilled that someone else got to use it. So...maybe let someone else who is getting married wear it?

Thanks for all the ideas. I dont have a curio or china closet. I do like the shadow box idea. I need to get intouch with my crafty side again.

I haven't gotten to OFFICIALLY wear mine yet, but I'm doing lots of practicing
I think my tiara was the deal of the century...I bought it from Phyllis' (gownfind) store - its a discontinued style, so I couldn't order it new, but I really didn't mind.
Tag price= $500
Phyllis' price= $250
Store Sample (because it was discontinued and couldn't be ordered)= $25!!!!!!
I swiped that baby up faster than she could say "final sale"

I also wore a pricey tiara. It is currently wrapped in tissue sitting in a box, in a bigger box with a bunch of other wedding stuff up in my FIL's attic. Someday maybe I'll have a daughter that will get a kick out of it, or maybe even my niece will appreciate it some day. If all that fails, it will be fun to dance around the house with it on my head when I'm 50. Or maybe I'll rock it for my 25th anniversary.

Mine is still sitting in the box it came in in my garage. Great place for it. My dress is preserved but my headpiece isn't.

I bought one for $200, but ended up wearing one I bought last minute on ebay for $15!!! LOL So I gave the other one to my friend. The necklace idea is a good idea!

I don't have a china cabinet. I guess I will just leave it where it is. I thought about making it into a necklace but I think it is to stiff.
