etiquette question
so, my fh's cousins wife is having a baby....yeah, good for them. and the shower is in a few months. so i get the invite today, addressed to me, ms. sarah mallin - but send to fh's house....the hell?? i don't live with fh, nor have i ever.
i have my own house and i don't know why anything that is for me should be send to someone else's house??
am i overreacting??

I would kind of be thrown off, but I wouldn't take it to heart. Of course she should have asked FH for your address, but it's not that big of a deal. Unless there's bad blood, and then maybe it was done intentionally to be rude.

Don't let it upset you, like you said, it was probably just a matter of laziness. Maybe it wasn't the proper way to handle things, but maybe she just doesn't know any better. Some people are just kind of dumb about things like that.
