somethign similiar happened in a store i worked at and they said never to call them for such a thing again. in manhattan they have bigger problems i suppose

That's ridiculous. Isnt that a lude act in public? Sure they can arrest a couple having sex in St. Patricks Catherdral but they cant arrest a guy wacking off in a childrens section of a book store. Go figure

personally id prefer him OUT of there rather than hanging out waiting for the cops to get there.....especially if they wont do anything except warn him not to do it again.

id have to say its quite common though with ppl in the city.
some guy did it to me onc eon the train, and about every other girl i know around here have had it happen to them. one day when i was in dh's store a different guy started following me around and then he unzipped his pants and that when i got loud and stared him in hte eye and let him know i wasnt going to tolerate it.

I would ahve called 911 ASAP. He was masturbating in the childrens section...This calls for the law to kick in. There is NO excuse for them not to come and arrest him. This is a MAN MASTURBATING in a CHILDRENS SECTION. Hello---Police Department.
