AMACO-I was robbed from them when they worked on my transmission.
Jeep-their warrenty did not cover a thing
Dell-I have a hard time understanding computers and being coached by someone with an accent...after paying 150.00 to Dell and having someone in India call me to "help" me, I never got my 150 back and had to drag it to a shop anyway.
Blockbuster-I can't tell you how mad I get when I go home and they forgot to take the security tabs off the dvds so you can't even get them open.

DELL!!! I was so frustrated with them once I threw the phone! the guy had me tunr the computer off and on 3 times before I finally said...THIS IS OBVIOUSLY not the PROBLEM...
And My Car loan lender....I have cursed out 3 supervisors there. I mail them my check ( payment due on the 22nd of the month) by the 5th every month. They are 3 towns away . They charge me a late fee every single month, they say I mailed it late. I wstarted paying ove rthe phone but its $10 and Return reciept it more! So now I just refuse to pay the late fee. And As soon as we are done with the loan Im reporting them to the BBB. One rep hung up on me, and when I called back , didnt say hello, just kept hanging up on me for 20 minutes, and when I finally got him to answer, he refused to speak to me?!

I'd have to say that the worst customer service that I've ever received in my ENTIRE LIFE was from the florist who was on Shame on You who I had originally booked to be my wedding florist.
His "receptionist" or whatever she calls herself these days was VERY nasty to me and then stated that *I* was the one being mean to *her*. I'm still trying to figure out how asking for the owner to give me a call is being "mean", especially considering that she hung the phone down without saying "goodbye" or somehow ending the call in an appropriate manner.
That was quickly followed up with the owner sending me a vicious FM via LIW.
And, I still never got my $400 back.

Dunno if this fits in the "customer service" part, but last week I had to make a docs appt for one of the guys I work w/...It got all mixed up bc theres 2 docs w/the same last name...and he showed up at the doc where I DIDNT make the appt. w/....Well the receptionist of the other docs office called me up and was soooo nasty....
Honestly, I've never been treated like that before. I was just in shock

synergy - you are also idiots and your cancellation policy makes no sense
my car insurance co., - cannot report accidents on weekends - b/c they don't happen on the weekends, only during the week

today, Macy's is at the top of my list for making me wait 20 minutes today for my credit card transaction to be approved
usual list includes:
-queens bridal center - gave me a godawful wedding video sans explanation (see LIW)
-great neck mazda - 4 hour wait for an oil change
-earthlink - billed me for months when they shouldn't have and couldn't get it straightened out
-time warner cable - made me wait at home for over 14 hours for installation...and they never showed!
-southside hospital - sent me to collections w/out ever sending me a single bill
-the GI doctor who screamed at me and wouldn't release my biopsy results until I paid him $1,500
-my former doctor who closed his practice w/out warning and left all his patients in the lurch (not to mention leaving his wife!)
-saturn of smithtown - bait and switch with a demo car
HI GIRL! I never saw you here before.
If we are going to talk wedding I would like to add TRINA FROM FLORAL EXPRESSIONS to the list. Oh wait I cant say that she has bad customer service since she has NO customer service at all. Her solution is to ignore everything!
