When you are upset or angry is it obvious to everyone?
I try to hide my feelings, but everyone knows when I'm not myself.

Nope, and I like it that way. I show my emotions to my close friends,family and DH but coworkers and strangers, never.

But, there is one good thing that comes of it: you always know where you stand with me...no phonyness.

DH is like this and while sometimes it works against him, I usually know how he feels about things and can be helpful in our relationship.

I hate that I am like this...I can't help it.
I am getting a little better at it, don't get me wrong...I am not stone faced yet but little by little I am getting there. I try a few things. I try to breathe and relax and that helps me control the emotion therefore control the emotions being written on my face. I also try to pretend as though whatever is happening to cause such emotion is not happening to me.
For instance, if I am getting in trouble with my boss, instead of getting all teary eyed or red or mad I try to pretend she is telling me a story of the way she reprimanded someone else.
Not he best suggestions but the only ones that I have right now.
Would love to hear more though!
