Rachel Ray....
Does she annoy the hell outta anyone else...my sis brought it up the other day and now her promos are driving me nuts...
her enthusiasm makes me wanna stab her in the eye...

I AM a fan of Rachel Ray although she does come across as 'fake' on the $40 a day show. DH and I love to imitate her when we bite into our food.

I like some of the stuff she makes.. but i can not stand her voice...while I love $40 a day.. wehn she talks it makes me nuts too... why does it have to be D-lish? and Yum-O. I like to mute her or just go online and see the recipe. So glad that i am NEVER home at 10 am and will not be able to see her show.

she used to be just perky enough...but then she got "known" for her perkiness, and now amps it up BEYOND BELIEF...dh and I make fun of her all the time.
when she has a bite of food (especially on $40 d day) she has an effing ******...no matter what is it...you never know what is good or not, b/c everything is

OMG, we do that too. She doesn't even swallow and she's all creaming corn over whatever she is eating. She sure does like her beer though, those she gulps down.

I like some of her recipes but she is a bit much to handle with her YUM-O and EVOO etc...DH and I make fun of her as well when we eat...and like beth said it took me like 3 hours to make her 30 minute Thai Chicken Pizza (although it was delicoius!)

funny this is brought up now - - I spent much of the weekend watching the Food Network - and decided to Google her because I wanted to know where her accent is from. Do you know how many Rachael Ray bashing sites there are??? They were hysterical!
Love her recipes - can't stand her personality!! How hard is it to say extra virgin olive oil?
