Re: Public Bathroom Etiquette/Vent

when I worked in a department store we shared the bathroom with the public. So we had one stall that we all used because we trusted one another. Not that I would sit on the seat but at least I knew I didn't have to worry about c r a p being on the seat which literally would happen daily because the women had bad aim. Seriously, women were the worst in public restroom at the store. The men's room was always clean. This is just from my experience not saying all restrooms are like that.

I got them all but the last 2. I had no idea about "coupling" Chat Icon

And to answer the do you get hit by backsplash? Nope - I think because we are closer to the bowl, the backsplash is not as bad as it is with you fellas. Chat Icon

we actually have someone on our floor that stands on the toilet seat to pee, talk about acrobatics...

What?!?! Why would anyone do that?

I have no clue!!!!

Um it IS a bathroom!!!! It IS where it should be done!!! NOt gross at all! and also for the original poster- let it rip- again its a bathroom not a chat room and if you hear someone sick too bad, again IT IS the place to do it! I dont know why anyone would feel ashamed to do their business in a bathroom. Makes no sense to me. and if the people chatting have a problem with it they should ask themselves why do they hang out in an environment where this is expected and if they dont like it get the hell out!

Re: Public Bathroom Etiquette/Vent

TMI WARNING: Sorry girls, but I have to take the cake here. Yesterday I went in to the ladies room and THANK GOD I was looking at the floor, because I almost went into a stall that had blood on the floor. I have NEVER in my life been SOOOOO disgusted. I ran out of the bathroom, I was so grossed out! How does one do this and not clean up after themselves?! (insert vomit icon here)

I hate that!

My pet peeve (or the thing that pizzes me offChat Icon ). If there are 5 stalls & I'm in stall #2, you should NOT pick stall #1 or #3. I don't care if it's your regular stall.Chat Icon Chat Icon

OMG!! that drives me freakin nuts!!! I thought I was the only one who notices stuff like that... hhahaha Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

That annoys me too and seems to happen all of the time at my office.

ETA: I really don't get why women's bathrooms are so disgusting. If you pee on the seat, why do you think it's acceptable to leave it there for someone else? Just take a bunch of toilet paper and wipe it off. It's so gross. Chat Icon Somehow I always seem to pick the stall with the pee on the seat.

I dont think its gross- its a human thing and done in the right place, I flush the toilet if Im going to be sick for my own privacy but not to worry about anything else. the womans bathroom is always a disaster, go figure.
