It takes the average couple over a year to concieve. You are putting stress on yourself.
Relax...get a sexy outfit--a good dessert--and light alot of candles...who knows...maybe tonight is the night!

Thanks but definitely NOT the night. I am in an IVF cycle, which is why I am on the Infertility board - we have fertility issues....

First of all - Happy Anniversary- and second of all I hope you're doing better than I did on my last birthday - I literally started sobbing the night before, couldn't even speak I was so upset and the fact I was not a mom by then... I hope your day is going better  and you can have a nice romantic night together and focus on the good things that have happened in your marraige

I didnt know about a IVF cycle...it could have been clomid and a good time tonight..
I didnt look--I just saw u were upset and wanted to make u feel better-

I actually start Gonal-F tonight so I don't think we can even turn this into something romantic

Thank you all.
I turned off all the lights, moved the coffee table and spread the beach blankets on the floor and lit a ton of candles. DH brought home pizza. I opened a special bottle of champagne and pulled out the Waterford flutes - so pizza on plastic plates, candles and a $50 bottle of bubbly. I put on 3 CDs - one from the Fire Show in Barbados (our honeymoon), one from the guitarrist at our wedding, and one just of Spanish music that we like.
It was very romantic and wonderful.
DH gave me a beautiful diamond, onyx and ruby pendandt set in white gold. It matches the earrings he gave me for V-day. And he loved HIS presents, which is rare.
I put on makeup and fixed my hair, wore a new set of PJs which were super-soft and actually flattering - he thought I was dressed up to go out! He loved them.
I thank God every day that I was able to find love again - I try to concentrate on what we have as opposed to what we don't. Sorry if I was whiny...!
