Lots of 
I was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage at 8 or 9 weeks. I was a mess, but thank God everything worked out for me. My best advice is to stay laying down and to not stress. Let DH take care of you and just RELAX. I stayed in bed and took naps, watched TV and just hung out with DH. My prayers are with you and your little one. Please FM if you need any more advice.
