THE OFFICIAL UNHAPPY V-DAY THREAD!!!
Hearts and roses and kisses galore,
What the Heck is all this stuff for.
People get mushy and start Valentine's Day cheer,
This is definitely the most annoying day of the year.
This day needs to be over, come and pass,
Before I shove a dozen roses up cupids arse.
Guys act all sweet but soon it will fade,
For all they are trying to do is get l@id.
So here is my story what more can I say,
Love is not all rosses so who cares about Valentine's Day

that was his reaction when I called him to ask why he didn't fill up the tank....then I laid the guilt trip on him..."do you really want me to get stuck with the baby in the car?'...so that was mu gift...GUILT!!!!!

DH and I usually make a nice dinner for ourselves. I don't appreciate being told what day to show my DH how much I love him. I've never liked Valentine's Day especially when I was single. So many people would feel bad that I had no one to celebrate it with and would try to include me in their plans. If only they realized, I never cared. Prices get jacked up for everything today.
I love it more when DH surprises me with stuff on any regular day. Not one Hallmark decides he needs to

It's not that I dislike the day - I do wish people a Happy Valentine's Day. I just hate the hype that goes along with it.

I actually don't hate Valentine's Day, but one year, long ago when I was single and dateless, I got talked into going to a club on Valentine's Day and it was a Tuesday - Ladies' Night at this particular place. I think I was scarred for life, it was a scary scene. Lots of drunken women, depressed that they had no man, and lots of guys using that to their advantage to score
