JMO - I think Commack has a better SD - the house is also on a larger lot than the levitt house.
nothing against levittown, I would live there in a heartbeat. but if i had a choice, id live in Commack.

levittown is compariable to east islip/huntington
mostly based on schools. There is some truth to what you are both saying
Id disagree but whatever. LOTS of seaford go to Island Trees and Levittown district btw

I know that, but a lot of homes in Seaford have basements. When you look online at the school report card, the Seaford School District (not Island Trees) is compariable to Commack as well as Massapequa.
Levittown is more on the lines with East Islip & Huntington for the school report card.

holy **** ladies find a house in oyur price who cares if its a shoe box fix it up with time love it an enjoy.
Stats are stats. Personally I think that as long as the classrooms have teachers in it the kids arent blowing themselves up then whats the big deal. I dont think you can go wrong with most of the schools on LI
