the doctor is not accepting any new patients

that's not it at all - there are plenty of people i'd like to meet, you being one of them
but, these GTG's always start out the same way. It's a great idea, everyone is going.
Then, a week before people start bailing and then by the time you get to the date, only like 3 people show up, and it's a bust.
OR
you get there and only wind up speaking to the people you already know or you only wind up talking to one person and you miss the rest of the group.
So, I'm done with large GTG's. If I want to meet someone, I'll contact them directly and set up a time to hang out.
