i went thru both phases..

When I was younger (HS thru mid 20s..) I was a one-guy at a time kind of girl..

Then after the aforementioned ex screwed me over, I became a major serial dater.. would have SWORN to you I'd never get serious with another man ever again, let alone married

(I did everything backwards.. was very serious when I was young, then went crazy and wild in my late 20s/early 30s )

i went through phases... sometimes with committed bfs and other times just going out with lots of different guys... depends on the year and where i was at

ETA: it was a little less that 10 years ago - more like 6-8 (10 years ago i was only 16 Chat Icon )

Same here. My friends and I used to call it "a pair and a spare" for dating three people at the same time. I learned a lot about what I wanted in a relationship. I am so happy I dated a lot because when I meet my DH at 23, even though I was young I dated enough to know what I was looking for. We were married at 25 and have been happily for 6.5 years. Chat Icon
