Update on me and my BIG baby!
I had my weekly internal and I'm still 2cms but I'm 80% effaced (last week I was 60% effaced). The baby is REALLY low too and I had 2 contractions while I was on the monitor. My doctor said they are 'real' contractions because she is so low.
I also had another growth sono. It's been nearly 2 wks since my last one (where they told me she was 7.1lbs and head was 39.5 wks and body was 38.5 wks).
Today's growth sono was better news. I'm 37 wks PG and the baby's head is measuring 40 wks (so a little big there) and her body is measuring 38 wks 2 days (only a little ahead), and the baby weighs 7lbs 6 oz!! So she is not nearly as big as they thought she would be (so far...)
All these things are great because I feel like I have more of a chance of NOT having a c-sectionm which I'm very happy about! 
I have my next growth sono on Monday and my next internal on Wednesday.
Please  that she comes out on her own ...and SOON!

Hoping you get the birth experience you want. It sounds like things are moving in the right direction. Also remember the sono's are just estimates. She make not even be as big as they are guessing.
My DD was 8lbs and I had an easy vaginal delivery. My friends SIL had a vaginal birth with a 10+ pound baby boy. Again a very easy delivery.
Don't them make you think if your baby is on the bigger side you have to have a c section. Our bodies know what they need to do in order to give birth.

Great news!!
It seems like your body is progressing nicely.... and you will get the birth experience you really want!!!
Shes gonna be here before you know it... Everyday I come on here, looking to see if you're in labor-
Any news on your GD results?

Any news on your GD results?
I have to take the 3 hr test this week, they have me coming in on Friday but I have to call and tell them I really need to come in sooner because I'm already 37 wks.
