However, it is OK for them to bomb us on holy ground?!?!?!?!?!!!?

What I was trying to say is that sometimes we follow the rules a little too much and we SHOULD break the rules and blast those mothers to pieces in the NAME of the almost 3000 (not +) people who died, my aunt included!!!!!!!!!!!

Where was the rules of engagment when they killed over 3000 people on Sept 11th? I don't get why we have to follow "rules" and they don't!

IMO, we're not fighting a known army in this war on terror.

we need new rules of engagement.

Taliban insurgents don't give a rats azz about any rules of engagement. And IMO Those 'rules' should have been thrown out back in the early 90's when we f*cked up all the other opportunities to get Bin Laden! Chat Icon

so we should just sit back with our hands tied and let them kill our family and friends and say there is nothing we can do because a piece of paper says we can't?

Re: Sometimes I wonder if we deserve what we get

and i understand EVERYONE"S frustration here, but maybe it should have been worded differently, and not "I wonder if we deserve what we get"
can't mince those words. and its really open to individual interpretation, so try and understand how some may be offended by that statement.

Nope, but you can feel free to join the military and help with the fight. Numerous Terriorists have been killed remember the media LOVES to leak stuff like this and not things that the military has done that are Awesome in the fight aganist terror every day and night.

i honestly don't believe it had a chance to even get that far. the sec'ty of defense had all the opportunities in the world to make a decision to get BL, as well as other higher ups in the military. they were all too afraid to get their hands dirty, and were too concerned with covering their own azzes. we're our own worst enemy!

Of course the media loves to twist things around, but how many opportunities must we miss?

No need for the joining of the military comment......

As much as it pains me to see these people allowed to live and breathe a cemetery is just not the place to bomb. You think our opinion in the world would be helped by that? It would just incite more violence IMO.

What's wrong with joining the military?
If you truely feel like your hands are tied doing something like that might be a great thing for you, to really be part of the fight.
