My friends think I'm crazy because I'm always on the NYS sex offender site. I can never feel too safe & I want to know who these people are and where in my town they are.

Yes, that's the problem. You have to be a certain level to register...uhm..I didn't read the whole topic   I just put my 2 cents in there

Actually I think they are level three All level three have to register

AND...some of them live at different addresses, like me neighbor who is not registered in my town. You NEVER know who is living near you.
