probably 4-5 times a day!  and i dont really know about what! it just seems if something happens at his job, he calls to tell me and if something happens to me at home, i call and tell him! i guess neither of us has much patience!

Almost never.
We commute to NYC together and can reach eachother on IM all day, we usually chat briefly about twice a day.
Then we usually meet again on the LIRR. If one of us stays late we just call to let the other know when to pick up at the train station.

Usually twice a day unless there is something going on. We will call each other just to say "just wanted to tell you I love you, see you at home"

Rarely ever!
We both work full time, and cannot talk on the phone all day long! Usually if we want to chat, its through email.
I HATE THE PHONE! For some reason I can't stand talking on the phone! Thank God that he doesn't call me all the time!

Once or 2X...He always calls to let me know he's leaving, so, if Im home (not working) I can get dinner started. Other than that, we call to ask questions or something...Never really just to "talk".

that is us. We call each other all day long for 3 minute quickies. I don't really ever see him at home, so it is the only way I would know what is going on. He works fulltime and goes to school fulltime

Also a teacher here, so it is rare that we talk. Usually I call him after work to find out when he will be home, and plan dinner.

It can be anywhere from 0 to 5 depending on how busy we are at work or what is going on that night that we need to plan for.
