Bad Days
Ok so i was listening to that song, Bad Day...and i was wondering..
how many bad days do you have?
1 or more in a week?
1 every other week?
1 a month?
1 every couple of months?

Depends. Maybe one a month? I try not to let one thing turn the whole day bad, but when a string of bad stuff happens, I can't help it. So maybe 1x a month?

Everything bad for me tends to accumulate in one day. I get one day like that about once a week. I just have to tell DH that I'm having "one of those days" and he immediately understands.

I would say 2 or 3 times a month. But it depends on what a bad day is. Like today was an OK day, but I forgot my keys at home and forgot my cell phone in the office, so that could have made a bad day, but i didn't let those things get in my way.

Truly "bad days" I do not have very often ... maybe 1x a month, if that?
I have bad 'moments' here and there throughout the day sometimes, but overall bad days are not too common - thankfully

I think "bad days" are defined by the specific person... whether they're a glass "half-empty" or "half-full" type of person.
Me, personally, I think I have bad days maybe 4x/year. I let a lot of things slide off my back, and hate to feel negative and/or down, that I don't let the "bad" things get to me (even when it's an argument with DH).

I don't think I have completely bad days ever. I have a bad moment where I'm sad or angry about something but in general...but a day where everything goes wrong...maybe 1-2 times a year? My last truly bad full day was last July but that's pretty much my worst day ever - and it wasn't even happening to me.

Well as of lately I've been having bad days but its only because of what is going on in my life, ie.. family member passing, etc.
In general maybe once every couple of months.

Financially this whole year has been one bad day after another  !!! Sales are slow and every day DH gets more stressed, so I get more stressed. He had a mini nervous breakdown today, so I'd say in a week we have 7 bad days! Everything else is fine, but money is a huge issue.
