I am currently job hunting in the teaching field so I know how tough it is. The Sunday NY Times, OLAS, and checking each school's indidual web site has been my plan.
I am so sorry for Rich. Job dust

Nicole - have him send me his resume. My DH is a elementary school teacher in Levittown and he also runs the afterschool program. I will see if he can give it to his principle. They also LOVE to hire Elem. Ed Male teachers because there aren't that many of them these days. The fact that he does inclusion is also a bonus.
Also - let me tell you this - my DH first got denied tenure because of the reading program that he was doing in his classroom. He just won an award for that exact reading program that he got denied tenure for. CRAZY!!!!
Rich will find something better!!!!
