Have My 39 Week Dr. Appointment tonight at 5...
...I'm getting impatient & pretty uncomfortable!
I had really uncomfortable lower back pain (sort of crampy feeling) this am, but it didn't turn into anything.
Hopefully I'll have some progression going on, if not guess I'll be at their office again next week.

Hang in there. It will happen. Maybe skip the internal. To me it so wasn't worth it since it really meant nothing.

STILL no change ladies!
I'm having a fellow Massage Therapist do some Reflexology this week (hopefully), so maybe that will bring on something!

Same thing happen to my friend 2 weeks ago -she went for her appt nothing. Gave birth 3 days later.

I've been drinking Raspberry Leaf tea daily since week 34!
It actually isn't known for bringing on labor (although some say it does), but more so strengthening & toning the uterus.

Do squats, I swear by them, someone told me to do them the day before I had my baby, I did them constantly all day long and by the next day, my water broke!! The up and down rhythm puts pressure and helps the baby descend! Good luck!!
