DH complains that his ring turns his finger purple bc it's too tight (we have to get him a bigger size) - but he usually wears it anyway - unless he forgets to put it on.

DH never even got one. It's not his thing and I can't say I blame him - I'm not a big jewelry person myself. My father never wore a wedding band either... it doesn't bother me in the least bit.

My DH wears his all the time. I have gone without mine more than he has. He does physical work all day and his white-gold ring has lost a lot of it's white and it more yellow-gold now, but he won't leave it off. Ever.

It bugs me when married men don't wear their ring, so yes, I'd be upset if DH didn't wear his. Sometimes he just forgets to put it on which I don't mind. He loves wearing his ring; he's just forgetful!

My dh doesnt wear his because of his job (its a hazard) and usually not when he's at home, cause by that time, what's the point... he wears it on the weekends or if we go out. It doesnt really bother me.

Yeah, I'd be mad!
DH already lost his 1st ring. He lost weight, I looked @ his finger and there was no ring. We searched everywhere..It was gone.
I was so upset, mad, hurt...I had to realize it kind of wasnt his fault, but, if he felt it was too big, he shouldve tightened it.
He's on ring #2 and its never left his finger!

DH doesn't wear his ring on his finger at work, because it's a hazzard at work. He wears it on his neck around a chain. If we're going out, things like that, then he wears it on his finger.

Wouldn't you know, one of the few times he wore it at work, he took it off to wash his hands, forgot about it, and when he remembered and went back, it was gone

No, due to his job and wearing it could cause problems. Im aware it may not be worn all the time and ok with it.

With or without a ring, he still is my husband.
It dosent change his title.

My Dh wears his, but honestly if he didn't I wouldn't care. I know he loves me, he knows he's married and to me that is all that really matters.

My dad was married for over 30 years and didn't wear one, so maybe that is why I don't see it as such a big deal.

MY DH doesn't take his off. Yes it would bother me if he didn't wear it. He "lost" it once (it was in his car) because he plays with it but that was about a week after we got back fromthe Honeymoon. We have been married over a year now so he is used to it.
Once when we were still engaged I forgot to wear my engagement ring. He was so hurt by that! I think since he knows how it feels, he will always wear it.

He likes to wear his-especially since he has been going on job interviews and he thinks it shows he is stable.

I love that he wears it but wouldn't care if he didn't want to- wearing a ring doesn't mean ANYTHING!

BTW...my dad hasn't worn his ever. His job doesn't allow him to. He can't wear any jewelry. A saftey hazard, so my mom is understanding.

DH wears his every day, and every time I look at it, I feel touched that he does. I would be hurt if he could wear it and didn't.

DH wears his outside the house all the time, but it wouldn't bother me if he didn't. I haven't been able to wear mine in about 1.5 years and he never had a problem with it.

My DH has 2 different rings - one for work (plain gold band) but I realize that there are times at work that he may have to take it off because it may be a hazard althought those times are rare. His second ring is his diamond ring that he changes into when we go out, on the weekends or when he is on vacation. His job can get very messy which is why he has a 'work' ring.

He always has one of his rings on......He LOVES wearing his ring!!!!!!!!

DH deosn't wear his since he's gained about 30 pounds since the wedding. I won't let him get it resized (a waste of money if he loses the weight)

He's only forgotten to wear his ring once and I wasn't upset in the least. In fact HE was so upset that he was going to turn around halfway through his drive to work.
