Tattoo Tipping Question UPDATE w/ Better pic on PG 2
Ok so my appointment has FINALLY arrived... tomorrow.
but i have a question.
When i made teh apptmt he quoted me at "probabaly like $180" Ok fine.
so a few days ago i went to ask him if i could also get something (VERY tiny) on my wrist and he said "yeah, no problem"
you think $300 is enough to bring to cover everything?
I figure the MOSt he would charge would be like what ? $250????
so $50 id 20% of that. i am just really paranoid.
you think $300 is enough??

Ask the price again before he starts inking you - just in case

yeah. its only b/c i am adding the other one. but it is serisously SOOOOO tiny i dont think he will charge more than $50 for it.
anyway i am pretty sure he charges by hte hour and that one wont take more than 7 minutes, im sure.
ok thanks. i will just steal some money fomr my rent if it ends up being more.
yeah i usually tip 20%. figure its enough, but not too little.

mine wont look exactly like this, but.....
mine will be more towards the front like the guys.. but facing down more like the girls.
oh, and smaller.

good. my aptmt was for 12. he started at 12:30. got done at 1:45.
the "mom" was painless and took all of 4 minutes. he only charged me $20!!
my revolver was good. the outline HURT, but the shading was painless. i zoned out for a while and forgot i was being tattooed.
he is gonna do some work on my wingfs in hte future too. he is amazing.
it was only $200 for both!!!!! ???? !!!!!
i gave him $260. so i think that is ok. now i have $40 to go get some cocktails!
