Where have you received GREAT customer service?

kind of a spinoff to Pill's BAD customer service threads...

I have received EXCELLENT customer service from Photoworks!

Medco - which is the mail order prescription company that my insurance company uses. They messed up something with my medication (which was bad) but then I got a great cust service rep who took it upon herself to speak to all the parties, do all the work for me, and make sure my medication got shipped overnight. And she always returned my calls immediately!!

Target in Commack. I'm not sure if this counts really as customer service. I was in the store when they announced a "code <insert color>" over the loud speaker. Suddenly the store was covered by employees going down every aisle with walkie talkies. You can hear through the walkie talkies the specs of the little girl that was missing. Shortly after they announced another code over the loud speaker. Then you heard through the walkie talkie a little boy was missing. Minutes later, the loudspeaker announced a cancellation to the codes. Applause broke out from every employee - They were found in the camping section in a tent.

You know... I was saying to myself... I can't think of a single place off the top of my head where I got "great" customer service. So i was saying... "how bad must that be".

I posted this on another thread last week, but last year, my 5 yr old iBook was having some issue - trackpad was stalling, display jumping, etc. Because the computer is 5 yrs old, all warantees were expired. Some awesome techie at the Apple Store found a way to put my work order through as a "customer courtesy" - I didn't pay A DIME, and my computer came back good as new.

I had a 10gig HD that I never upgraded...they upgraded it to 30gig for me while it was being serviced - and I didn't even have to ask.

They were just awesome.

For those that aren't familiar its a grocery store in Florida and other southern states?

They always ask if they can bring my cart out to the car! They are always really sweet!

I am shocked to say this - but bloomingdales

I went looking for a dress last wednesday- the sales girl told me that that thursday was a 15% sale and I could "pre-sell" it and get the sale price

I was so excited b/c I had been looking for the dress everywhere- and I wound up saving $40- or really $80- b/c I bought 2- don't tell my husband

Whole Foods Market!

By far the best supermarket. I told them I was PG and not only did they walk my cart to my car, the guy unloaded the groceries into my trunk for me!

Now, they have to bulid one in Orange or Rockland County I can't keep driving to NJ!!!!!!
