I also was very much into the Newlyweds. I watched the Nick special. I don't really know what I thought of it. Who knows what to believe? Only they know the truth. I am sure it is very difficult to have a break-up in the public eye. He seemed genuine, but again, who knows? He had cameras in his face and probably a whole team of people brainstorming what he should say beforehand.  The image he portrayed did make me feel sorry for him though. I'm sure he knew that the public might be "swayed" in his favor after something like this. Sorry for the ramble.

I just think Jessica is a terrible role model for young girls. She acts like the dumb blonde, whether or not she truly is, and portrays herself that way in the media. I like strong, intelligent young women as role models.

i just think that for the very same reason...
we realyl don't know the truth...we don't know what really happened..
but DAMN....i have never seen people sooo eager to bash the chick with very little to go on...
a song?
a song that he makes money from...
sounds like a Justin Timberlake cheese move to me...

That is exactly how I feel. What kind of role models are these girls? What messages are they sending? I will take a Julia Stiles (intelligent, well spoken, grounded -- she drives a Camry!) over all the rest of them any day!

I think it is so her dad's fault that they split. It seemed like her ran their lives and was with them 24/7. That would freakin annoy me!!
