Diamond – move in condition, although sometimes it is exaggerated
Mint +++ - good shape, you probably need to do some updating here and there
Mint – needs updating
Excellent – needs a lot of work
Very good – very bad
Good – horrible condition
TLC – DOA
Poor – RUN!

close to all = on a major road, right on the railroad tracks, or on the service road of the LIE
needs TLC = needs to be burned to the ground

parklike grounds = you will have to cut down 15 trees and we havent mowed the grass in three months.
room for expansion = its really small and we dont even think its worth it to expand, but you can try, sucka!
