Don't have a lawyer-this is AZ-no lawyers required. I'm going to get one of the lawyers that I work with to look at it. I've done this before and I'm pretty confident, but after they keep making mistakes it gets me nervous.
There are a lot of people that live out of state that don't believe in lawyers for RE transactions. Thats such a load of hogwash... you should ALWAYS get a lawyer.
Even if they don't have a lawyer... that doesn't mean you don't need one either.
But I am sure you already know that by now Blu-ize.

They don't use lawyers in some other states for this and it's almost impossible to find one that will work on a transaction this small!!!
I will have one of my attorneys in my firm take a look-it's pretty standard but the title company is useless
This is a condo complex and it's being offered by the builder. I have an excellent loan officer and a realtor there who is a friend and has given me some good advice. Realtors in AZ are educated in real estate law to a larger degree than realtors here. They have to have more education and pass more tests to be licensed. This realtor isn't involved in the transaction.
It was easy until the title company got involved..
