Thank you so much for your informationa nd kind words. I feel much better now. Just had 7 more bials of blood taken for tests my gyno ordered UGHHHH
I am soo glad! Do you know when you will get the results? You might want to call them up and ask them to put STAT on it...otherwise you might be waiting until monday for the results...that would be a hellish weekend.

GOOD LUCK, and let us know what happens... I really think your ob/gyn is jumping the gun by predicting a chemical... one test can NEVER determine what's happening with a pregnancy early on... what's most indicative, as the other girls have said, is whether or not the numbers are doubling. You could start out VERY low and it doesn't matter, as long as the numbers double consistently! I'll be thinking of you until you get results - in the meantime, try to relax and enjoy your weekend

any updates? Did you ahve another hcg? Im just in shock still your dr. would think you were having a chemical. You could be on the way to a M/c if it didnt double, but 50hcg would in my opinion NOT indicate a chemical.

Hoping that all is well... as the other ladies have said, I really find it doubtful that you are having a chemcial... that is, unless your hcg levels haven't doubled with the last set of bloodwork, which I expect you'l get back soon

i am going to call tomorrow i had it done at a lab and they said it takes 4-5 business days so i will start calling and harrassing people tomorow for my results... i seriously will b/c i hate when drs are vaugue with youa nd i will keep calling until i get answers

What?!!! That is ridiculous, especially if your DR thinks there is a problem! These tests can be run STAT, and have results the same day! It's always done for me!!!!!

4-5 days??! That's ridiculous! After my m/c and I got pregnant again, my Dr. took blood every 4 days and had the results the next day... there's no reason in the world it should take this long. Get on their arses now!!! This is what the insurance is paying them for!
