Weird office stuff that you do

like, ill unfold paperclips, then try to put them back in their place, then they break

ill also click a staple out, and unfold the staple

(as you can see, im quite bored today and office supplies and arm hair are my best topics)

I do that all the time with paper clips. It irritates me when they break.

I'll do the opening of the stapler thing, and I will also tear little pieces of scotch tape off and play with them.

I obsess over calendars. I will look them over a million times, make sure appointments and assignments are exactly right, highlight things on it, etc. Weird, I know.

I do the paper clip thing too
I also play with the binder clips and clip them to my finger
I will do my own oragami with my weekly reports
I sign my name on all the blank paper on my desk
I clean out my key board with that air in a can stuff daily - then I spray it on my finger

I forgot about the scotch tape - it's got SOO many more uses than it was intended for

i half-open up a paper clip.... wrap part of a Clorox wpie around it... and then drag it in different patterns in my keyboard gets it clean AND feeds my OCD-ness at the same time

Out of 100 pens that I have, I still think that one dosent write well enough and will continue to swich my pen all day.

Then I doodle until the pen writes good.

I play with post-it's. I stick them on my forhead with sayings.I draw eyes on then then stick them over my eyes to pretend I'm sleeping or bug eyed or really buzzed

I play lite brite on my cubicle wall with push pins.

And I have a big dry erase board, I will occasionally draw a rediculous "motivational" poster. you know the one with the cat hanging on the tree branch- that says- "hang in there?". Mine says that, but it's a Mexican sleeping on a hammock, between 2 palm trees.

ETA- I also take pictures of things with my phone...

I fold post its into an accordion.

I have a rubber band ball.

I clip binder clips on my fingers.

I am OBSESSED with tape. I can honestly keep myself busy with tape for hours! i just love pulling it out and cutting it off, then folding it into itself to see how thick i can get it. I keep wrapping more and more tape around where I started.,...lol I have issues.

I don't do it at work but I am obsessed with unrolling the lollypop stick

I also peel off my nailpolish all the time - even when I just put it on - and especially if it comes off in one peel

I do the stapler thing too, I like to wind it like a crank. I also bite the erasers off my pencils.

I play with tape on my fingertips. I like to see my fingerprints on the tape. For some reason this can keep me busy for hours

i clean my desk and organize at least 2xs a day.

I have to cross off days on every calendar and when I first get in I cross off that day too. My co-workers are like umm the day just started

I unfold paperclips all day long.

I am constantly filling the pen holder at my desk b/c I walk around w/a pen in my hand and leave it where ever I am. I start the day with a dozen pens, and end with only 1.
