adding the ongoing reviews since I gave them such a good review on the install

4/29/2006 I have been calling them for about 2 weeks now, almost EVERY day to come permanentaly fix my fence and they do not even call me back. My DH called and spoke to the owner and HE never even called back like he said he would.

They left the job unfinished (installed OCT 2005), and still havent fixed the patch job of a repair the owner sent his 17 yr old son here to repair. Plus my gates have self closers and dont close properly because they arent installed correctly.

With all the aggravation we have been put through we are just moving on and TRYING to find another company to come finish the job and make the repair but some companies I have called wont touch it since they didnt install it. And we are in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB of Long Island.

DON'T USE CONSUMERS FENCE!!!

Thanks for the input, I will not use them. They were one of the companys I was deciding between. Makes it an easier decision. Thanks.
