Well, I have been on it since Monday and as of Wed I already lost 2 pounds. I love the food. So far the only thing I didn't like were the muffins.
I just don't know what I can snack on. I have been snacking on fruit and turkey.
Does anyone have any other snack ideas?

Hi. I am starting as soon as my shipment gets here.
As for snacks:
Last time I was on NS - I used to snack on cucumbers and carrots most of the day. (I'm not much of a snacker though).

I miss it!!! I loved the food except for the muffins and some of the beef meals. but now that Im PG I cant do it. Good luck to those starting it!

I am starting Nutria System after my first pay check in September - I teach. I am so excited about this. I want to lose 20 pounds.
I hope the UPS will leave it at my backdoor or come at night

I am thinking of starting, but the 28 day plan is $340..i thought it used to be 2 hundred and something..did anybody else pay this much??

I am on it now and I think the reason I am paying $260 is I'm on their auto-shipment. Go to www.nutrisystem.com and see what if that is what makes the difference. You can also call customer service - they are very very helpful.
