Did anyone watch the View this morning?
I read that Elizabeth went off during a discussion about Plan B.
Did she really go that crazy??? Fill me in if you can.

I only caught the interview with Sally Field and I saw Lisa Loeb was on... I think she's adorable.
Elizabeth more conservative than most 100 year olds. I saw her twice say that men and women shouldn't even be looking at members of the opposite sex because it's the "gate way drug" to cheating.
So are we all supposed to walk down the street with those blinders they put on horses?
She better watch what she says. I remember another morning talk show host that always bragged about her marriage and then her much older husband was caught with a hooker ... Kathy Lee.
I think that as soon as Rosie comes on board and they manage to fill Star's seat that Elizabeth will be gone. If there weren't so many changes she would have been gone already. Several of the co-hosts have beeen caught on camera rolling their eyes at her comments.

Aw, I love Lisa Loeb!
One website calls her Elizab1tch or something like that. I know that she's really conservative but I read that this was particularly bad - like she really went ultra conservative crazy.

I disagree. There are a lot of young conservatives out there and Elizabeth represents us. Although, her comments are sometimes a little off, so are Joy's. What about Star Jones' comments about her wedding for a year straight Ugghh!
If Elizabeth was booted, I could not watch the view anymore. I loved Meredith because she seemed middle of the road and not sooooo far to the left like Joy is and I know Rosie will be.

I saw it- Barbara cut her off before she went too nuts.
I want to respect her opinion, but it's hard when she gets so shrill and doesn't let anyone else speak. Today, it wasn't even a discusstion- it was her going off on how Plan B is wrong. And her logic is faulty too, IMO. I got the impression that everyone will go out and be irresponsible and then use Plan B, according to her. No one will listen to her unless she learns to discuss.
Lisa Loeb was great- she would be a much better host than Elisabeth.

I agree! She does not express herself very well, I LOVE Lisa Loeb, she would be great on the show. Did you notice how Elizabeth ripped up her cards as they went to commercial, so babyish. I was so glad Barbra cut her off.

Barbara basically shut her up and made Elizabeth look like a kid. I think that if she had the choice, Elizabeth would have left and not come back...but I think she's headed that way after Rosie comes, anyway...

I don't think Elizabeth is going anywhere. We have to remember that we live in one of the most liberal states in America. I am sure there are huge pockets of this country that agree 100% with Elizabeth. If every host on that show was liberal-minded, they would lose a lot of viewers!

I just wonder if she'll be able to survive Rosie. While I highly digaree with most of what elizabeth says these days, I'll feel bad for her when Rosie goes off on a rant. I don't think Barbara will be able to hold her back!!

my goodness, seriously calm down! Elisabeth goes on these tantrums. I do not like her much at all. she used to be so good until the past couple of years. I don't see her leaving anytime soon since she lives in the trump towers. His salary isn't going to cover that rent

i agree. i wonder how her and rosie will be in the same room together...rosies comments are soo far to the left and ELizabeths to the right...they may need to skirt around any politically inclined discussion if they want to keep peace on that show
