Can't put a time limit on it really...the only thing I think that would drive me away is if the people changed, the atmosphere changed, things like that. And then I'd probably just go in search of another board.

I was on the knot before LIW and that's what happened. Those boards went to the crapper and I just had to leave.

i gotta think that when i have a baby..

i can't imagine working full time, being a new mom AND posting on LIF

just do not know how you juggle that much

Well, I can say that come September, I will probably be MIA when I go back to work. For now, I really have too much time on my hands being home with the baby, so I'm on here all the time. Way more than I'd normally be. But I still see myself posting for a long time. I get so much valuable information for so many aspects of my life on here. I really got hooked on LIF when I was prego. I mean, where else can you go to find a whole bunch of pregos together? It's so nice to know there are other people experiencing the same thigns. And the same goes for the parenting board. You feel so alone as a new parent, and LIF really helped me realize I'm not the only one who has had a rough start with their baby. It's just been a really good thing for me so far, so I can't see me not posting ever.

Honestly, I don't know. Do I see myself here for the next year or two? Most likely! 5 years from now... I really don't know.

I'll be here less starting next week though when school owns my life again.

You'd be surprised... LIF time is my "me" time in a way.... baby's napping, I'm on LIF, very needed to chat with "the girls" And well...then there's work

But really I'm not usually on in the evenings much if at all anymore and that's the reason why.

Oh and the help, advice, and support I get on Parenting - well that's priceless. I don't think you are going to want to miss out on that.

i'd like to think i'll still be around for a few years. but even if we do have a baby/buy a house, i can't imaigine i'd just stop...

I guess until I am a SAHM with an infant... seems to me like life will not be as relaxed when kids are around.

I honestly have no clue. I really like coming on here and "chatting" with everyone. I learn so much from so many topics and have met some really great people. I imagine I'll be around for a while!

It was hard at first when I went back to work and there were a few months that I didn't post at all, but you manage to sneak some time in---then of course I'm a teacher so in the summers I've got extra time...

I'll probably be on for a while. Couldn't say how long though.

5 years? No I doubt it. I think once I have kids ( god willing) it will be a lot less and then as they get older less and less. Plus I plan to be in nursing school soon and thats gonna mean NO time.

Next year , yeah probably still here.

Not sure? We plan on TTC in the next couple of months so I figure once I go back to work full time (we are planning to do that 6 months after the baby is born) I don't think I would have as much time to post...but who knows

well, it seems to grow with me...each year I find a new board I like. This year I am into the home board, last year was diet and fitness...next year TTC? So I shall stick around!

I think I will be here for some years to come -- but you never know what changes life brings you in terms of your free time being the same, etc. I know that the TTC and PG boards have been invaluable to me .. and I'm sure Parenting will be the very same! I am not exaggerating when I say I couldn't have gotten through those turning points in my life (first my wedding when on LIWs; then marriage, TTC, miscarriage, pregnancy here) without this site -- its been invaluable to me!

I think as long as I enjoy my friends here and also get something out of the boards (both in terms of information and good times/fun,) I will stick around

I honestly go through periods where I'm just not interested and I will stop posting but then, there are other times I can't get enough.

I will probably be here still for some time.
