PVC Fence Estimate
We need 33 6' PVC w/ Top Lattice Panels and one 4' PVC gate. We got an estimate today for $7400. I almost fell on the floor
Anyone know of a Fence place that has better prices.
We had family fence do the estimate. They charge $110 a piece for PVC - Thats the solid PVC - not sure what the lattice costs...and if we wanted fancy wood fence it would of costed $90 a panel

I saw them in home depot for around $100 a section.
its really expensive - we have a ton of fence, and we decided it was cheaper to buy a spray gun and spend the weekend painting

Who did you get estimates from? I priced a couple of places and ended up going with Sunrise Fence.

I have a decent size backyard and they charged me 5400 for the fence.
We have 60 along the back.
56 along both the right and left sides
11 on the right front side
10 on the left front side with a gate.
I don't know if that helps you at all but I have those numbers embedded in my head because I got soooo many quotes!

Amendolas.
The back and two sides are regular 6 foot privacy ones - and the two front sides have a spicket design in the front.

Sorry I missed that in your original email. I did not get any estimates from Family Fence or any of the others mentioned. Try Sunrise Fence and the others.

The most expensive time to put up any type of fencing is the summer. We had PVC fencing put up in the winter/spring and saved 30% on the over all price because of the season. YOu are better off waiting if that is an option.

We had a few estimates and Rose Fence was $1000 less than the others. A few people used them in the neighborhood and were very happy

we used suffolk deck and fence for our front railing, their prices by far beat all others. we had 3 other estimates.

Scott if you can wait till the winter do it. You will not believe the price reduction. My PVC fence from Rose fence was 4200 and was installed Jan 2. The guy that gave me the price said if i did it in the summer it would of been over $7000. amazing eh?

We used rose fence and we did it in the winter. 3500 for 60 x 100 property, 6 ft lattice top with 2 gates

My mom is a super shopper and knows how to haggle and got several estimates and found rose fence to be the cheapest. She is thrilled with the way it came out.

Glad I read this thread....thanks for the tips to do the fence off season.
I was shocked at the quote we got for a fence for the backyard (2 sides only with 2 gates).
I heard from a lot of people though the crap at Home Depot is just that, crap! Not worth the savings, because it definately doesn't last.
I think I will just wait until the fall and call Rose's and Amendolas. We decided to do the sprinkler first anyway.

We got our best quote from Rose Fence. They did our neighbors' fences and were about $1,000 cheaper than the other 2 quotes we got. PVC fences are crazy expensive, I agree!

We got the best quote from Carl's Fence. The installation and fence are great. We were very pleased and we saved $1,000 compared to some of the other quotes we received.

It really is sickening how expensive PLASTIC can be  
We had PVC installed about 2yrs ago, and spent a good $10K or more if I remember correctly... (and it was off season)
and now our neighbor only had to install THREE Sides of his yard, how awfully convenient for him (my hubby didnt wanna ask him to split one side back then)
