It looks Great!!!!! My brother lives in East Quogue and he is in the floor planning stages of his modular home With the same guy you are using! Everytime you have updates I email him the link so he and his wife can see the steps of there future....

My brothers Modular is coming on September 19th. I took the day ff to watch them put it together..I can't wait!!!!!

How high is your basement? His is 8 ft.

WOW then only a few short weeks left!!! And it's rather cool watching them put the house together. Wow... a year ago on sept 7th was when our house was delivered!
What kind of house are they building? Our basement and 1st floor are both 9 ft.

oh i'm way out east! And yes there are various modular home companies on LI... but the one we used is Quality Crafted Homes (aka Primeline).

Its the 4 boxes just like yours..and then they are getting the porch also. I think the house is a total of 33 1/2 ft high.... Town code only allows 34 ft...

just some updates...
guest bedroom... we just need a dresser & to hang the pictures i bought...
